How is this different from hiring a dev agency directly?

An agency sells you its own bench whether or not it fits your project. I qualify your requirement first, then match you with the team in my network that has shipped similar work. When nobody fits, I tell you and point you elsewhere. My model collapses the day I force a bad match.

What does an engagement typically cost?

Most projects land between $10,000 and $100,000, a few go above. Every engagement opens with a paid pilot sprint: a working prototype in 2 to 4 weeks, so you test the team with a small cheque before signing anything long-term.

Which countries do you work with?

SMBs and startups in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, and Canada. Delivery teams sit in India, which gets you senior engineers at 40 to 60% below local rates. Working-hours overlap is agreed upfront, in writing.

Who actually builds the product?
